Terms of Service
By using DialDeck, you agree to the terms below. DialDeck is a private CRM operated by NEM3.CA for an invitation-only team. There is no public sign-up.
Use of the service
- You will only access DialDeck with credentials issued to you and will not share them.
- You will only enter or import data you are authorized to use under applicable contracts and laws (including TCPA, Do-Not-Call rules, and any state privacy laws).
- You will not attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the service.
Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize DialDeck to read upcoming events on your primary calendar and create
new events when you book appointments. We use only the calendar.events scope and follow the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from the Profile page.
Availability and changes
DialDeck is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that the account owner requests we close. On termination we delete OAuth tokens immediately; other account data is removed within 30 days.
